The Conrad Group recently negotiated the sale of the second floor of 300 Congress St. The floor consists of 21,200 s/f and was purchased by Dr. Steven Nielsen of Nielsen Eye Centers. Dr. Nielsen plans to move his practice along with his surgical center from the adjacent building at 100 Congress St.
According to Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, "This is a win-win situation for both parties. The Nielsen Eye Center has a long history in Crown Colony having been at 100 Congress St. for almost 20 years. The move allows Dr. Nielsen much needed expansion space and the move is literally only 200 ft. away. The patients won't have any problems dealing with the relocation as a result."
Conrad was assisted by Paul McCourt, senior vice president of The Conrad Group. The firm represented the buyer as well as the seller, Devine Brothers Realty Trust.
According to the Norfolk Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $3.4 million.
