Conrad Group sells 27,000 s/f offices to Foxrock Properties for $4.925 million
The Conrad Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 93 Longwater Circle on behalf of the ownership, One Longwater Circle Realty. Located in Assinippi Park, the 27,000 s/f first class building is home to A.G. Edwards, Norwell Visiting Nurses and Kannell, Kerr, Forster, P.C. The new owner does not plan any changes to the property.
According to James McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, "Foxrock Properties was interested in this acquisition due to the quality of the asset as well as the tenants. It is well designed and offers excellent space in a fine office park location."
The Conrad Group, Inc. represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. According to the Plymouth Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $4.925 million.
