Mick Consalvo and Michael Dimyan of Tower Realty Corp. recently sold 46 Mill Palin Rd. for $2,062,500. The property was a fully leased 10,643 s/f retail/office building on 1 acre.
The property was sold to The Willis Holding Limited Partnership. They purchased the site as an investment property.
The current tenants include Prespa Restaurant, HPC Development, Dr. Rosenfeld and Natalia Rose Nail Spa.
