Content is the property manager at Peabody Properties’ Mazur Park Apartments and Lowell Belvidere, both located in Lowell, Mass.

“It’s a pleasure to announce Ashley’s achievement,” said Anthony Susi, 2025 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and director of property management for The Simon Companies. “The ARM certification is a prestigious credential in the property management industry and earning it marks a significant professional accomplishment.”
