Smithfield, RI Jim Conway of Conway Commercial Group sold a 4-unit apartment building at 300 Old County Rd. for $485,000. Ann Foncellino of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer, Blackstone Valley Place Association.  The seller was John Rinaldi, Jr.
