Conway Development Partners completes 19,097 s/f Tractor Supply Co. store in North Conway

North Conway, NH Matt Halprin principal of Conway Development Partners LLC, completed the ground up development for the new Tractor Supply Co. store at 170 North-South Rd. across from the new roundabout entrance to Settlers Green Outlets and Market Basket. The new store consists of 19,097 s/f of retail space along with 20,000 s/f of fenced outdoor display, sales space and a new garden center. This will be Tractor Supply’s 21st store in the state.

Based in Nashville, Tractor Supply has more than 2,200 stores nationally and is one of the largest rural lifestyle retail store chains in the U.S.

Conway Development Partners LLC is based in Wethersfield, CT. and acquired the land June 23, 2023. They are a division of New England Retail Properties, Inc. which was founded in 1987 as a shopping center brokerage and development company. They have been involved in more than 65 Tractor Supply stores expansion in New England and New York state. 

A team contributed to the success of these projects. Financing was handled by Matt Krokov of Peoples Bank in Holyoke, MA; the architect was Glen Oxford of Oxford Architecture in Nashville, TN; New Hampshire civil engineering was handled by Sam  Malafronte and Kevin Solli of Solli Engineering of Norwood, MA; WR Newman of Nashville, TN was the general contractor; Matt Darling of Palm Coast Capital was construction coordinator for the developer and Tom Moriarty, Esq. of Moriarty, Paetzold & Sherwood P.C of Glastonbury, CT was legal counsel.
