Cote of Boucher Real Estate leases 22,100 s/f
Marc Cote of Boucher Real Estate - commercial division, has leased 22,100 s/f at 30 Meeting St. This includes 19,500 s/f of production space and 2,600 s/f of office space.
The landlord is James Schwartz of Cadillac Mills LLC and the tenant is John Marino, president of Preferred Precast, Inc. They provide the construction of architectural precast concrete products. The 3-year-old business is relocating for expansion purposes.
