Hanover, MA Leslie Cotter of Powers & Company has leased 1,500 s/f to The Clean Factory at Tedeschi Plaza.
The property is located on Columbia Rd. at the intersection of Rte. 53, 139 and Broadway on the Pembroke line.
The Clean Factory joins Cardinal Cushing, Rockland Trust, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Hanover House of Pizza, Tedeschi’s Market, Bagnell Auto and other retailers.
Powers & Company represented the landlord in this transaction and Bob Devaney represented the tenant.
