Cotter of Powers & Company leases 1,500 s/f to the Style Café

Leslie Cotter of Powers & Company has leased1,500 s/f to the Style Café at the new Public Storage building in the ground floor level retail space. The building is located at the entrance to the new major development of Assembly Row. The café has seating indoors, as well as a large outdoor patio and offers breakfast, lunch, smoothies and catering. This is the second location for Style Café. They are also in the Navy Yard in Charlestown. Powers & Company represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.
