Leslie Cotter of Powers & Company has leased1,500 s/f to the Style Café at the new Public Storage building in the ground floor level retail space.
The building is located at the entrance to the new major development of Assembly Row. The café has seating indoors, as well as a large outdoor patio and offers breakfast, lunch, smoothies and catering. This is the second location for Style Café. They are also in the Navy Yard in Charlestown.
Powers & Company represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
