Crecelius of Paramount Properties leases 4,200 s/f to Thank-U Company
Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. has leased 4,200 s/f of flex space at 83 Vermont Ave., Unit #5, to Thank-U Company. The company is a designer and manufacturer of recognition plaques and awards.
83 Vermont Ave. is a modern 40,000 s/f flex building located just off Jefferson Blvd.
Crecelius was the sole broker and represented the tenant and the building owner, Vermont Services Office Park Associates.
