In another transaction, Cregan of Paramount Properties has sold the former St. Mary's School facility in Pawtucket, to ID Holding, LLC. This three-story, 21,816 s/f brick building sits on 1.23 acres. The selling price was $415,000. Cregan represented the seller, The Church of the Immaculate Conception of Pawtucket and procured the buyer.
