Cregan and Crecelius of Paramount Properties sell 38,400 s/f - $950,000
Daniel Cregan and Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. have sold the 38,400 s/f industrial building at 4 Carol Dr. to Beed Realty Company. Cregan and Crecelius represented the seller, Cookson-Stern/Leach Company, in the $950,000 sale.
The facility, on 3.537 acres, is located in the North Central Industrial Park.
