John Cregan of Paramount Properties and Karl Sherry of Cushman & Wakefield/Hayes & Sherry have leased 12,007 s/f of office space to Deloitte, LLP at 10 Charles St. Cregan brought Deloitte, LLP to the property and Sherry represented the owner, Altus Realty, Inc. Cregan also leased 2,650 s/f to the RI Dermatology and Cosmetic, LLC at 95 Pitman St. Cregan represented the owner, Harbour View Associates and procured the tenant in this transaction.
