Cregan of Paramount Properties leases 9,529 s/f at 300 Jefferson Boulevard
John Cregan of Paramount Properties has leased two office suites, totaling 9,529 s/f at 300 Jefferson Blvd. This 75,000 s/f office building is now fully occupied.
Cregan negotiated the SuperMedia lease renewal for 7,233 s/f and represented the landlord, DBS Development LLC in leasing 2,296 s/f to Ocean State Dermatology.
Cregan worked with Matt Fair from Cushman & Wakefield | Hayes & Sherry on the Ocean State Dermatology transaction.
