Cregan of Paramount Props. leases 9,250 s/f at 1210 Pontiac Ave.
John Cregan of Paramount Properties has leased two office suites in the 18,900 s/f 1210 Pontiac Ave. building.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society leased 3,050 s/f and RI Parent Information Network leased 6,200 s/f.
Cregan represented the seller, Abins Realty Corp. on these transactions and procured RIPIN and worked with UGL Equis Corp. on the L&LS lease.
