John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group sold a 1.277 acre parcel on Bald Hill Rd. for $780,000. Cregan procured the buyer, 1134 Bald Hill Road, LLC and George Avedisian of Real Estate One, Ltd. represented the seller, Tony Chin. Cregan also sold 2.1 acres at Compass Circle in North Kingstown. The purchase price was $336,000. Cregan procured the buyer, Clover Realty, LLC and Gerald Lavallee of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Quonset Development Corp.
