Cregans of Paramount Properties sells land for $300,000 in Lower Highland Park
Daniel Cregan and John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group have sold 1.912 acres of industrially zoned land in the Lower Highland Park.
The land located on Founders Dr. was purchased by Lucena Brothers Construction from Falcon Realty, Inc.
Paramount Props. was the only real estate broker in the transaction.
Paramount Props. has previously sold for Falcon Realty, Inc. a 42,000 s/f industrial building on 3.65 acres that was adjacent to the 1.912 acre parcel.
