Matt Harvey and Joe Sciolla of CresaPartners in Boston recently represented AdvizeX Technologies in a sublease of 11,772 s/f of office space at 164 Middlesex Tpke., part of Northwest Park, a 1.2 million s/f office and R&D park.
AdvizeX, a value-added reseller that provides information technology products, including servers, enterprise storage systems, personal computers, database applications and middleware, is relocating and expanding from a 10,000 s/f stand-alone office building at 128 Wheeler Rd.
