David Ross and Barry Dube of CresaPartners in Boston recently represented Boston-Power Inc. in a lease of 20,519 s/f at 2200 West Park Dr. The office is in a 75,000 s/f building that is part of a 12-building, master-planned park.
Boston-Power, a provider of next-generation Lithium-ion batteries, is expanding operations and now occupies the entire third floor.
CresaPartners also managed project management services for Boston-Power, including space planning, negotiating vendor contracts, and coordinating construction and furniture.
