Cresta of Nedde Real Estate completes two leases totaling 5,145 s/f

Colchester, VT Fernando Cresta of Nedde Real Estate has worked tenant HomeBridge Financial Services to lease 3,645 s/f of office space at 401 Water Tower Circle.
Steve Donahue from Donahue & Associates worked with the landlord.
The lease will commence when fit-up is complete and expires 3 years from the move-in date.
In another transaction, Cresta has assisted all parties in the leasing of 1,500 s/f of retail space in Shelburne to Willow House, LLC by owner Shelburne Inn, LLP.
Willow House is a gift shoppe featuring vintage, antique and new treasures for the home and beyond
