Critical technology updates for NECPE and social media: March 2 at SERESC Conference Center, Bedford

March 01, 2012 - Northern New England
The internet is quickly changing the landscape for real estate. The commercial real estate marketplace has adopted these changes more slowly than its residential counterpart. Consumer and public behavior of Business to Consumer vs. Business to Business perhaps has something to do with it. For whatever the reason, today's investors and today's tenants are more savvy and today's commercial real estate broker needs to be up to date on what is changing in regards to social media, blogging and most importantly our commercial public property database.
Todd Norwood, director of marketing and technology for NAI Norwood Group and Real Living/The Norwood Group and Monika McGillicuddy, NHAR president 2010 will navigate you through the world of social media and how to use it to increase your business in commercial real estate.
In addition, this quarterly meeting brings Nancy McKellar, vice president regional accounts, and Catylist Real Estate Software, to present "NECPE Tech Bites." McKellar will focus on the top ten technology tools that NECPE has to offer.
