Croma opens at Colony Place

Croma has opened its newest location. Croma Plymouth is a cornerstone restaurant for The Village at Colony Place, a collection of fine retailers and restaurants located at the junction of Rtes 3 and 44. Designed in Croma's signature style with contemporary and European accents, Croma Plymouth is the newest alternative for sophisticated dining on the South Shore. The 146-seat restaurant features an open kitchen, large bar and ample parking. Dinner is served seven days a week and lunch service will begin shortly.

Horvath & Tremblay sells Yatco, Wendy’s and Starbucks in Clinton, MA for $6.5 million

Clinton, MA Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay and Jack Laurendeau of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of three single tenant net leased properties, a Yatco, Wendy’s and Starbucks. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and secured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $6.5 million.
