CruCon Cruise Outlet - Moultonborough, NH

According to Sandra Cleary, owner and president of CruCon Cruise Outlet, construction is underway for a new office building for her rapidly growing business. CruCon Cruise Outlet is a specialty cruise travel agency that currently has 75 employees. The new building accommodates the need for the expansion of the staff to approximately 150 by the spring of 2014.
The land was purchased by Cleary in 2012 and construction is now underway at the new location which is across the street from their current location on Whittier Hwy. The building will be 30,000 s/f and will feature an auditorium complete with stage and electronic presentation capabilities as well as a recreation room, exercise room with men's and women's locker rooms and showers, and a staff lounge.
The search has already begun to fill the staffing needs of the growing company that was started by Cleary in 1995. Many of the current employees have been with the company over 10 years and, according to Cleary, it is due to their camaraderie and working as a close-knit team.
The contractor for the project is Jason Drouin Custom Homes, LLC located in Gilford, N.H. and the design is by Chester, N.H. architect Dann Norris Batting. The building is a steel frame and will accommodate parking for over 150. CruCon has over 300,000 clients in North America.
