Cushman & Wakefield | Hayes & Sherry has closed the sale of Slatersville Shopping Center for $9.025 million. The purchaser is Crosspoint Associates.
The subject property is a 70,000 s/f grocery anchored center strategically located at the southwest corner of the lighted intersection of Rtes. 102 and 5. The center is anchored by Brigido's Fresh Market, Rite Aid, North Smithfield Wine & Spirits and Bank of America.
Bill Greene and David Lucivero were the sole brokers involved in the transaction. With strong new ownership, Slatersville Shopping Center should continue to be the dominant neighborhood center in the trade area for the foreseeable future.
