Cushman & Wakefield | Hayes & Sherry leases 2,030 s/f at Chapel View
Lori Polacek, MD, one of Rhode Island's top plastic surgeons, signed a 2,030 s/f long-term lease at Carpionato Properties' mixed-use development, Chapel View.
Dr. Polacek wanted a centrally located, destination for her patients and clients.
Mark Briggs and Kelly Coates with Carpionato Properties represented the landlord, and Pete Hayes, SIOR and partner with Cushman & Wakefield | Hayes & Sherry represented the tenant.
