Cyrier and Villanueva of MANSARD sell 796 Boston Post Road for $2.5 million
Marlborough, MA Long Mountain, LLC acquired 796 Boston Post Rd. for $2.5 million. The property is leased to several tenants including Sign-A-Rama and Subway, and has undergone an exterior renovation by the prior owner.
Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM, and Leo Villanueva of MANSARD represented Long Mountain in the acquisition.

Stoneham, MA According to Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers, the auction firm will bring a rare, bulk purchase opportunity to investors via an absolute auction of 14 Class A office condominiums off I-93 near Spot Pond.
