Danais Realty Group reps Moto-Star Tire in acquisition of 144,000 s/f dist. center

Richard Danais, CCIM, president of Danais Realty Group represented Gene Bova, president of Moto-Star Tire Co. in the $3.365 million acquisition of F.W. Webb's distribution facility on Webb Dr. Moto-Star with distribution facilities in New Hampshire, Maine and New York, will use the facility as their central distribution facility for New England and New York. F.W. Webb's building, vacant since they moved into their new 400,000 s/f facility in Nashua, was represented by Rick Ruggiero of Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office.
