DeCesare joins Needham Bank as commercial loan officer at main office

Needham Bank hired Stephen DeCesare of Sharon as a commercial loan officer, operating from the main office. In this role, DeCesare addresses all varieties of commercial loan requests, from real estate loans to lines of credit.
DeCesare brings 36 years of experience in the banking industry to Needham Bank, and most recently was president of Sharon Cooperative Bank. He is also past President of Pacific National Bank of Nantucket.
A graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, DeCesare holds an M.B.A. from UMass-Dartmouth in addition to a Master's degree in finance from Bentley College.
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, DeCesare makes his home in Sharon with his wife Betty Ann. They are the parents of two grown sons.
DeCesare is an active member of both the Sharon Rotary Club and the Sharon Lion's Club. He is the past Chairman of the New England Sinai Hospital Foundation and a former director of the Stoughton-based hospital. In 2008, he was named New England Sinai Hospital's "Man of the Year."
