Deering of ABG Commercial Realty leases 18,000 s/f
Somerville, MA Stephanie Deering of ABG Commercial Realty has leased 18,000 s/f of office space to Formlabs at 22-44 McGrath Hwy.
The Twin City Plaza is a 285,000 s/f Star Market anchored mixed-use center with 75,000 s/f of office space. This Regency Centers owned property is on the Cambridge/Somerville line, minutes from the Green line Lechmere T station. There is currently 15,000 to 40,000 s/f of available open concept office space.
