Denenberg Realty Advisors sells 4,338 s/f retail space for $2.2m

Somerville, MA Denenberg Realty Advisors sold a 4,338 s/f brick retail commercial building at 352 Washington St. for $2.2 million. Neil Denenberg president of Denenberg Realty Advisors represented both the buyer, City Storage Systems, LLC and the seller, 352 Washington St, LLC.

Denenberg said, “This was a hard to find off-market asset in Somerville. We specialize in off-market opportunities which can make for a seamless transaction for both buyers and sellers.”

Denenberg Realty is active in the sale of retail strip centers, multifamily, office and industrial properties.
