DeStefano and Martin of Colliers International lease 37,816 s/f in Manchester

According to Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, the restored class A mill property located at 186 Granite St., has achieved full occupancy pursuant to Southern NH University leasing an additional 37,816 s/f of office space. This increases SNHU's footprint in the building to 73,166 s/f. Space is used primarily to support its expanding online programs. Jim DeStefano and Doug Martin of Colliers International's Manchester office have long represented the owner, Manchester Millyard Realty, LLC and procured SNHU as a tenant. 186 Granite St. also counts GeoInsight, Cityside Management and Surplus Office Equipment as long term anchor tenants in the 190,000 s/f building, which is located on the river at the gateway to Northern New England's largest Central Business District.
