10006 Shops Way - Northborough, MANorthborough, MA DAI completed the interior fit-up of the new 7,000 s/f full-service Margaritas restaurant at 10006 Shops Way. This is second location for the new Margaritas fit-up concept. Whitlock Design Group of Waltham, Mass. was the architect for this project.
Founded in 1986 by John Pelletier, Margaritas Mexican Restaurant Group has 25 locations throughout Conn., Maine, Mass., N.H. and Penn.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn.
