DeStefano & Associates completes interior renovation of 8,000 s/f space

Manchester, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc., (DAI) has completed the interior renovation of an existing 8,000 s/f clubhouse amenity building located at a residential complex, Halstead Countryside, designed by SV Design Architects.

Primary renovation included relocating the fitness room with the club room and creating a co-work space. Project started October 2022, completed February 2023.

Scope of work included demo, finish carpentry, cabinets and counters, framing/drywall, flooring, painting, wall covering, sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
