DeStefano & Asssociates completes ground-up construction for PetSmart
Plaistow, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) completed the ground-up construction of a new 18,000 s/f PetSmart at 11 Plaistow Rd. This was an expansion to the existing Plaistow Commons, adjacent to Papa Gino’s. Last year DAI completed a ground-up NTB – National Tire and Battery Auto Center and a Verizon retail store in the same plaza.
PetSmart offers full-service grooming, dog training, and vaccination clinics. This is the second PetSmart and fifth national pet retail store completed by DAI.

Hines of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 200 multi-family units in Connecticut for $16.24 million
Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
