Dickson and Reed of Stebbins Commercial lease 8,400 s/f restaurant
Thomas Dickson, agent of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. leased 1181 Elm St., to Chandler's Restaurant. The 8,400 s/f restaurant and lounge is owned and operated by Bob Greenwood and Mark Cusson. The building has been renovated and features a gazebo and an expanded patio area.
Mike Reed of Stebbins represented the lessor, Dickson represented the lessee.
