CB Richard Ellis has leased 5,600 s/f to Kris-Way Truck Leasing, Inc. at 51 Faltin Dr. Mike Tamposi of CB Richard Ellis' Manchester office represented the landlord and Roger Dieker, also of CB Richard Ellis' Manchester office, procured the tenant.
Kris-Way opened this facility, its second in New Hampshire, to fulfill a need for trucking in the Manchester area.
Kris-Way began working with Dieker in 2008 to identify a site for the new facility. Finding the right facility was a challenge because the requirement called for garage space and on-site fuel.
The 11,200 s/f truck service facility features 1,500 s/f of customer service/office space, excellent lighting, ten oversized drive-thru doors, a parts storage mezzanine, on-site fuel storage/dispensing station and a drive-thru truck wash bay. The building has lighted access to Willow St. and 135 parking spaces.
