Daniel Gardner of DMG Brokerage represented the seller, DAW Realty, while Cole Behrens of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer, RRF Realty LLC, who plans to occupy the building for his own business use.

The transaction marks the end of more than 50 years of ownership by DAW Realty, which had held the property since 1973. It also represents the third building sold by DMG Brokerage on behalf of the same ownership portfolio.

“Having the opportunity to represent ownership on three separate property sales speaks to the importance of trust, professionalism, and long-term relationships in commercial real estate,” said Gardner. “We appreciate the confidence DAW Realty has placed in our firm.”
