Doorakian of NAI Hunneman brokers 4,885 s/f office lease at 87 Summer St. representing the landlord, Centurion Realty LLC and the tenant, Vendini, Inc.

NAI Hunneman has brokered a 2,885 s/f office lease at 87 Summer St. to Vendini, Inc. Headquartered in San Francisco, Calif., Vendini is a fast-growing ticketing solutions provider, offering dependable and easy-to-use integrated ticketing solutions for any-sized venue. The firm leased an additional 2,885 s/f of space, now totaling 4,885 s/f at 87 Summer St. "I am very pleased that Vendini has had such great success here in Boston and has chosen to expand at 87 Summer," said Bonny Doorakian, a senior associate at NAI Hunneman. "Located in Boston's Financial District, the building offers convenient access to Boston's subway systems and easy access to I-93 and I-90." Doorakian represented both the landlord, Centurion Realty LLC, and the tenant, Vendini, in the transaction. On behalf of Centurion Realty, Doorakian and Dave Cooney, also of NAI Hunneman, have brokered multiple leases totaling over 15,000 s/f of office space in recent months at various locations in Boston's Financial District.
