The seller was represented by Amy Doorley-Lucas, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Michelle Lefrancois of Lila Delman Compass represented the buyer.

According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the third most expensive home sale in Smithfield this year. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented clients in two of the top three single family sales in Smithfield year to date.
