Doyle of Colonial Properties, Inc. handles 11,175 s/f in leases

701-703 Campbell Avenue - West Haven, CT

West Haven, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., the firm completed the following transactions:

• Tom Doyle, Realtor, represented the landlord, York Business Center, LLC in the leasing of 2,250 s/f of restaurant space at 701-703 Campbell Ave. for a three-year term. The tenant, Hijos Del Jaya, LLC was represented by Ricardo Williams from William Real Estate and Property Management. The former location of the Blue Horse Restaurant and Bar will be reopened as a Tapas bar once renovations are complete.

• Doyle represented Leveraged Equities, LLC in the leasing 8,925 s/f of warehouse space located at 464 Boston Post Rd. in Orange, Conn. to the tenant, Leaf Express, LLC for a three year term.
