Alan Doyle, principal of Larew Doyle & Associates Providence office secured $2.8 million in 10-year fixed-rate non-recourse financing on Ross Simon's 95,072 s/f corporate headquarters, situated in the Howard Industrial Park. The financing was provided by a Massachusetts bank. Centrally located, the property is just minutes from the I-95 and Rte. 37 Interchange in addition to two highly successful retail centers (Garden City Center & Chapel View Center). The office/industrial building is owned and occupied by Ross Simons of Warwick, Inc. a multi-channel retailer of fine jewelry, tableware and collectibles which was founded in 1952.
