Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM) has completed Gunderson Dettmer's renovation project at its new location.
The Calif.-based business law firm is relocating approximately 70 employees and as a result, retained DPM to manage the required tenant improvement project for the new location at 850 Winter St. The newly renovated 31,000 s/f of space was outfitted with all new furniture and includes a high density file area, a 2,000 s/f voice & data room and extensive AV equipment throughout all meeting spaces.
As owner's representative, DPM provided construction administration services, which included site visits, value engineering, leadership of project meetings and all payment requisition and change order review.
