Dragon of Central Plaza Realty & Development leases 15,000 s/f

Central Plaza Shopping Center - Lowell, MA Central Plaza Shopping Center - Lowell, MA

Lowell, MA James Dragon, managing partner for Central Plaza Realty & Development LLC, the owner of Central Plaza Shopping Center in downtown, completed the lease of 15,000 s/f to Discount Valley Inc. which will operate a discount department store in addition to its two other Massachusetts locations.

Discount Valley will open before Christmas and joins other Central Plaza tenants including AutoZone, Pizza Hut, Family Dollar Rite-Aid, Subway, RadioShack, VMart Grocery Store, Rent-A-Center and Subway.
