According to REI Service Corp., Plex Realty Trust, LLC purchased the 3,988 s/f building and land located at 450 Charles Bancroft Highway. The building was previously home to several restaurants including Shorty's Mexican Restaurant and Crofter's Pub.
The price according to tax stamps at the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds indicated that the price was $315,000.
