Durgin of Conway Commercial facilitates 4,000 s/f 7-Eleven sale

Milton, MA Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, brokered the sale of a well-established retail/professional building located at 588 Randolph Ave. Situated on .65 acres with 4,000 s/f of interior space, the property is located on one of the busiest corners in Milton. Long-term tenants are 7-Eleven and Seaport Dental.

Durgin represented the seller, 588-90 Randolph Ave LLC and procured the buyer, 588-590 Randolph Ave. Milton, LLC. The sale price was $1.6 million.
