East Coast Development building Winter Hill Bank branch in N. Reading
East Coast Developments, Inc. of Woburn is constructing a new Winter Hill Bank branch at Shaw's Plaza. Completion is planned for January.
Located at 271 Main St., the 3,200 s/f facility featuring a double lane drive-through was designed by David DiBenedetto, project designer, and Frank Pitts Curtis, AIA, of East Coast Developments, Inc.
