Eddie Bauer to open 4,910 s/f at Legacy Place

According to Legacy Place Eddie Bauer will be opening July 2. Come join Eddie Bauer as they open their doors at 10 a.m. to experience their wide breadth of apparel, outerwear, and gear. The first ten customers to visit the store will receive a $50 gift card. The following weekend, July 10-12, Eddie Bauer will continue the celebration with an enter to win a $500 gift card raffle and an Eddie Bauer Baseball Cap giveaway to the first 100 customers. "Eddie Bauer not only enhances the overall merchandise mix of the center, it also adds another reason to make Legacy Place your first choice shopping destination" said general manager, Beth Winbourne Eddie Bauer is the newest retail brand to join recently opened Uniqlo, Ann Taylor, Madewell, and Neiman Marcus Last Call Studio. The addition of these coveted retailers adds to the already diverse mix of more than 75 retail shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
