The Falmouth office of Sea Watch Realty has brokered the sale of the 18,000 s/f building and two acres of real estate, located at 20 Village Common Dr.
The purchase includes long term leases with Ideal Flooring Company and Chestnut Bay Cabinet Company.
Richard Schwartz and Ben Edgar of Sea Watch Realty represented the seller, Mark Woods, trustee, Woods Realty Trust. Ideal Flooring has operated at this location for many years. The buyers, Thomas and Faith Scanlon, completed a 1031 exchange with the acquisition of this fully leased NNN investment property.
