Christopher Edge of Bernard Mussman Associates recently leased 6,100 s/f at 3310 Berlin Tpke. to Anytime Fitness.
Anytime Fitness is a franchise-based co-ed fitness club that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. These clubs are based upon the schedule of members, who can come and go at their leisure. Anytime Fitness has state of the art strength training equipment and cardiovascular equipment. The clubs are clean and they offer a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Anytime Fitness relocated from Berlin to Newington and expanded the amenities they offer their members.
Chris Edge represented the landlord, MKU LLC, and tenant in this transaction.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
