Elaine Const. promotes Leonard to executive vice president of preconstruction and planning

Newton, MA Elaine Construction, a third-generation, family-owned construction management firm, has promoted Kris Leonard to executive vice president of preconstruction and planning.

Leonard joined Elaine Construction in 2012 as director of preconstruction and estimating, bringing with him decades of experience in construction management across institutional, cultural, and commercial sectors nationwide. Over the course of his tenure, he has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s preconstruction practices, growing the department in step with company-wide expansion, refining operations, processes, and reporting tools, and elevating standards in conceptual estimating, planning, and client communication.

In his expanded role as executive vice president, Leonard will provide strategic leadership across all preconstruction and planning operations.

 playing a central role in the firm’s continued growth and the delivery of exceptional preconstruction services to Elaine’s clients. He remains an integral member of the Elaine leadership team.
